All sales are final once an order has been processed and dispatched. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or items purchased during promotions or sales.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, pierced jewellery, nose jewellery, hair accessories, and custom-made items cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nazakate.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos. We'll review your claim and resolve it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
